S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute organized Workshop on ‘Our Soul Purpose in Human Life’’ on 7th April 2023. Prof. (Dr) Raju Agrawal, Director, S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute welcomed the keynote speaker, academicians and participants and highlighted the importance of the human values in present world. He said that when a person knows his/her soul’s purpose, he/ she is content with the life. When your life theme is right for you, you feel a sense of flow, as if you’re headed in the correct direction. Everything feels right. Every life has a purpose, and finding what it is leads to a sense of meaning. You’re here to be yourself, not who someone else wants you to be. By applying Human values in life both faculty members and students can improve their ability to achieve the most important tasks within the time available to them. Ms. Navneeta Sharma (NAVi369) was the keynote speaker of Day. She discussed on the concept of human soul and its purpose. Your soul’s purpose is why you’re here on this earth at this time. Rather than following the path suggested by someone else, identify the best suitable path for yourself. When your theme is connected to your purpose, you will feel motivated and intrinsically happy. Happiness begins from the moment you do something for others. Those who consistently help others, are happy, and do not come across any obstacles in their lives. Research indicates that they are less stressed and experience improved mental health. She stressed on the notion that the purpose of life is to serve others. Service to others should be sincere and done from the heart; only then it is fruitful. Human beings should not only use their mind, body and speech for themselves, but also to serve others. When you do this, nature in turn will reward you. As academicians, faculty members, professionals it’s your responsibility to help your students without any greed or reward. Your constant inner intent should be towards helping others. If you are unable to do so for any reason, you can also make sure that you do not hurt anyone. This is an indirect way to help those around you. Ms. Parul Bhargava, Assistant Professor cum Placement Faculty, S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute, Jaipur well coordinated the program and delivered vote of thanks.
