S. S. Jain Subodh Management Institute organized a workshop on ‘Stress Management’ for MBA students. The objective of the workshop was to share the ways to avoid the stress in day to day life and retain good mental health.
Prof. (Dr) Raju Agrawal, Director of the Institute, welcomed the speaker with a green plant as a token of gratitude. He interacted with the students on various issues of stress in life. He said that Stress is an inevitable part of life. No matter how much we try to avoid it, it will eventually affect us. Managing stress effectively is essential for maintaining a healthy and balanced life. If a person doesn’t make expectations from others, he may avoid being stressful.
The speaker of the session, Mrs. Simla Bhardwaj, (Naturopath and Dietician) elucidated the triggers behind stress. She also shared techniques to manage stress effectively such as relaxation technique, time management, healthy diet, meditation etc.
The program was coordinated by Kaneenika Jain. The students participated in the workshop with immense zeal and learnt the meditation with practical experience.
